
A 57-unit Guilford condominium development is getting close to applying for building permits.
According to the Guilford Courier, The Horton Group, which is the developer for the project at 66 High St., said construction is on time and on budget. The site sold for $1.65 million, the Courier reports.
To date, all demo work has been finished and site work has begun, with retaining walls installed.

A company spokesman said the buildings will be built over the next five years, the Courier reported.
The condos will be listed through Guilford’s Sotheby’s office in the next few weeks.
