May 14
James M. Dickerson, 43, of West Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.
May 16
Matthew Franklyn Palmer, 32 of Madison, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear/charges pending.
Michael Riley Bachmann, 22, of North Haven, was charged with illegal harassment/intimidation with a motor vehicle and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
May 19
Alfred Pio Matarese, 79, of Guilford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
