Guilford police logs, July 23-29:
July 25
Ethan Michael Starbard, 26, of Guilford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
July 26
Nicolle Marie Santiago-Dominguez, 33, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
July 28
Leon T. Crenshaw, 33, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
Police provide all details. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
