David James Macleod, 61, of Madison, was charged with illegal operation of a commercial motor vehicle under the influence/second offense.

Aug. 4

Dudley Clifton Barkalow, of West Haven, was charged with third-degree crimianl mischeif and sixth-degree larceny.

Jazzelle M. Riley, 19, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree breach of peace, and disemination of an intimate image to a person.

Aug. 5

Carrie Kinsella, 38, of Guilford was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Valerie Michelle Riley, 18, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

Alyson Canestri, 40, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent, unless proven guilty.
