Guilford To Conduct Stormwater Outfall Sampling Throughout Town

GUILFORD, CT — The Town of Guilford this week announced it will be conducting stormwater outfall sampling.

"The Town is required to monitor and sample the water exiting the stormwater system at outfall points," the town said in an announcement. "There are hundreds of these discharge points throughout the town. Engineering Department personnel will inspect outfalls in wet and dry weather, wearing construction vests and driving a municipal vehicle."
