- 874 Nut Plains Road, Lot 2 — Sept. 16, $889,900, the top price during this timeframe. The three-bedroom, three-bath home has 2,568 square feet of living space on 2.32 acres, the largest lot of the recently sold properties.
- 32 Summer St. — Sept. 15, $450,000. The two-bedroom, one-bath home has 1,324 square feet of living space.
- 174 Whitfield St. — Sept. 14, $601,000. The four-bedroom, two-bath home has 2,280 square feet of living space.
- 84 Mohawk Trail, Unit 84 — Sept. 14, $243,000, the lowest price during this timeframe. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo has 911 square feet of living space.
