The property includes five bedrooms in the main house, a separate one-bedroom guest house over its own garage, and landscaped stone patios surrounded by mature woods and rock outcroppings.
   

• Guilford Police Blotter: Oct. 1 to Oct. 7, 2026 (patch.com) — Guilford residents can see the latest police activity from Oct. 1–7, including two separate arrests on DUI charges involving drivers from Guilford and New Haven. Police emphasize that all information comes from official logs and that those charged are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
   

• Proposed $800,000 Land Purchase Goes To Special Town Meeting In Guilford (patch.com) — Guilford officials have advanced a proposed $800,000 purchase of 63 acres off Durham Road to a special town meeting on Oct. 22 at the Community Center, where residents can weigh in. Supporters say preserving the Bartlett Land property would protect Lake Quonnipaug's watershed and expand trails, while at least one selectman questions whether the town needs more open space.
