A partially finished basement and an attached garage add storage. It's a three-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,198 square feet. Its price was cut to $560,000 on Sept. 24.
7 Bailey Drive, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $725,000. At the end of a cul-de-sac on 1.4 acres, this 1988 Colonial has had one owner, according to the listing. A covered back porch with ceiling fans runs along the rear, and the open kitchen's granite island looks toward a brick fireplace in the family room. A den with a half bath opens to the 675-square-foot studio, and upstairs the nearly 40-foot primary suite has a sitting room, its own laundry and French doors to a balcony. It's a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with 3,342 square feet and central air added in 2025.
Make a weekend of it: the two open houses overlap from 11 a.m. to noon. Start on Hoadley Creek Circle at 10 a.m., then head to Bailey Drive, which stays open until 1 p.m.
