Ballet Company Buys Space In Guilford

GUILFORD, CT — The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the sale of a 4,474 SF unit at 1795 Boston Post Road, Guilford. The unit is on the third floor of the Parkview Plaza Condominium Association.

Katie Contessa is the owner of Shoreline Ballet, Inc. and had previously leased the unit with an option to purchase. She exercised her option and now is the new owner of the unit. The purchase price was $295,000. The former Landlord and Seller is Russo Real Estate, LLC. Bill Clark, Senior Vice President at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent in this transaction.
