Big Lottery Prize Sold In Guilford
The winning ticket was sold at a business in Guilford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
GUILFORD, CT — A winning lottery ticket worth $87,989 was recently sold in Guilford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The ticket was sold at the Big Y grocery store, 830 Post Road, on Jan. 1.
A resident won the big jackpot after playing the $5 Stacks of Cash progressive game. The Connecticut Lottery website notes that the $5 game wins 50 percent of the jackpot.
