Bowls Exhibition at Guilford Art Center

Guilford Art Center is pleased to announce its newest gallery exhibition, "Bowls: A National Juried Exhibition" from June 17- July 31 in the gallery at Guilford Art Center.  The opening reception will be held Friday, June 17 from 5-7 pm. 

This exhibition explores the continuing vitality of this simplest, most ancient and elemental of forms, as exemplified in the work of contemporary artists.  It includes works by 25 artists from across the country working in a variety of media, including ceramic, stone, fiber and mixed media.  Pieces by David Frank, GAC instructor, and Rod Recor, GAC stone carver, are featured.
