Business Signs a New Lease in Guilford

The business will be in Guilford for at least the next five years.

Guilford, CT - A new ballet business is moving into town.

The Geenty Group, Realtors, says in a news release that a five-year lease of 4,474 square at 1795 Boston Post Road, Guilford has been signed.

The Tenant is Shoreline Ballet, Inc. Kathryn Contessa, who is the owner and Artistic Director of the school. The studio will offer youth classes for ages 3 ½ to 18 in ballet, pre-pointe, pointe, modern, jazz, tap, hip-hop, improvisation and choreography.

It will also offer adult classes in ballet, modern, ballet body sculpt, and movement conditioning for seniors. Barry Stratton was the agent for the Tenant, and Bill Clark was the agent for the Landlord, Russo Real Estate, LLC.
