GUILFORD, CT — There were smiles all around at the Guilford Fire Department on Monday when a local resident stopped by to meet the firefighters who helped save her life two months ago.
On Jan. 19 shortly before 6 a.m., the GFD was dispatched to a home on a report of a woman, later identified as Kristy Faulkner, who was in cardiac arrest.
Firefighters arrived and immediately began "Advanced Life Support" on Faulkner, and successfully revived her, the GFD said in a social media post Monday.
