Coronavirus Guilford: First 2 Positive Cases Confirmed
First Selectman Matt Hoey announced that the first positive cases of COVID-19 have occurred in Guilford.
GUILFORD, CT — First Selectman Matt Hoey announced that the first positive cases of COVID-19 have occurred in Guilford.
Hoey said the first individual, a 73-year-old male, is safely recovering at home after a mild illness. The second case, is a 71-year-old male and a non-Guilford resident who temporarily resided at a Guilford rehabilitation facility.
This individual is recovering at the VA hospital and is expected to be discharged home, Hoey said.
