GUILFORD, CT —The Guilford Economic Development Commission launched a grant program for businesses, offering $1,000 reimbursements to help with property improvements.
The Property Enhancement Grants are "strategic investments to enhance the economic vibrancy" of the town, according to the EDC.
Grants up to $1,000 in reimbursable expenses are available to businesses in Guilford for the purpose of improved place-making to streetscape and storefront design, improved marketability and positive visual impacts and/or accessibility.
