In this workshop, Amy will lead participants in a variety of creative exercises that help people explore the intuitive, imagistic right side of the brain and transform negative thoughts and emotions into positive, life-affirming responses.
It’s an opportunity to take time for yourself, get playful, and reflect on your own personal journey in a supportive group environment.
