Guilford Business Expanding, Moving To New Location

GUILFORD, CT — Guilford-based George Schmitt & Company will expand its operations to 320 Soundview Road.

The company signed a three-year lease for the 14,400 square foot building, according to the Geenty Group, which brokered both the sale and lease of the building.

George Schmitt & Company specializes in pressure sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and security printing.

The building has long been used by FlexXray, which will vacate the property soon. The Texas-based company was recently purchased, and its Connecticut operations will be shuttered.
