Guilford Crossfit Strikes A Lease Agreement, Building Sold

GUILFORD, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, recently announced that Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and a Senior Commercial Associate at the Company’s North Haven Commercial Office, has recently brokered the sale of 391 Soundview Road in Guilford, CT for $545,000.

The new tenant, Guilford Crossfit, will be moving into half of the space. The balance of the building is leased. Galvin represented the buyer, and also the seller, the L. Grenon Trust. “Joel Galvin was recently named 2016 Top Producer for the North Haven Commercial Office,” Ms. Pearce added.
