Guilford Man Takes Gun Control Effort to Another Level

GUILFORD, CT - Those who have led the gun control movement around the country - and in Guilford - have held various events, including events on the Green, in recent weeks to try and bring attention to their efforts to tighten up gun regulations in the country.

One man’s effort in this arena didn’t get a lot of media attention - but it was noticed by Patch in the most recent checking of the Guilford police log.

The log had this entry on April 26th:

“Found bullets around the state over the last few months while metal detecting and wanted to turn them in for destruction.”

So the man brought them into the Guilford police station.
