Peter Benton Morgan, 38, of 99 Forest Ridge Road, Haddam, charged October 1st with illegally operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs, illegally carrying firearm under influence alcohol/drugs.

Heather Rae Frederick, 25, of 371 Whitfield Street, Guilford, charged October 1st with illegally operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to obey stop sign, possession of less than ½ oz. of cannabis.
Jonathan E. Brand, 39, of 16 Park Street, New London, charged October 4th with harassment in the 2nd degree.
