David Badorek, 29, of Durham Road, is charged with criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Peter W. Fonicello, 62, of Nut Plains Road is charged with disorderly conduct.

Anthony E. Mongiat, 54, of Clapboard Hill Road is charged with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Adis Kacar, 36, of Campbell Avenue in West Haven is charged with first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
