Guilford police logs, April 13-19:

April 13

Michael Jelacic, 46, of Guilford was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault, and criminal attempt/disorderly conduct.

April 17

Kevin P. Lamarco, 42, of Guilford, was charged with violation of probation.

Gina Marie Spano, 48, of Middletown, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fraudulent use of an ATM.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
