Robinson Jean Paul Moncada-Patarroyo, 19, of Queens, NY, was charged with first-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny, first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief.

April 8

Thomas Ritter, 63, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree identity theft, fourth-degree larceny, illegal take payment card, and less than $500 on revoked payment card.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
