Lisa M. Paroby-Kegel, 60, of Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Aug. 20

Pasquale Pilla, 43, of North Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Aug. 21

Adriana M. Ebcanul, 33, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a child passenger, and four counts of risk of injury to a child.

Aug. 24

Michael J. Conroy, 38, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Bruce Joseph Steiniger, 34, of East Haven, was charged with stealing a firearm and criminal possession of a firearm.

Keith J. Neal, 51, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Aug. 25

Robert Allen Fogg, 62, of Hamden, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.
