Geno Joseph Ferrigno, 34, of Middletown, was charged with first-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree identity theft, second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny, second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, two counts of first-degree failure to appear/charges pending and second-degree failure to appear.

Kenneth Sloan, 78, of New Haven, was charged with possession of child sexual abuse material.

Feb. 27

Megan MacKinnel, of Guilford, was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear/charges pending and second-degree failure to appear.

March 2

Christopher Mansi, 37, of Middletown, was charged with first-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree identity theft, second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny, third-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit third-degree forgery,

March 3

George Arthur Bonner, 75, of Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drinking while driving and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
