Feb. 4
Gary Heriot, 60, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Feb. 5
Daniel Michael Rodriquez, 35, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Feb. 6
Edward Michael Gillis, 56, of Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Jacqueline Ferretti, 58, listed as homeless, was charged with third-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit third-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Feb. 8
Eric Tyler DeCrosta, 28, of North Haven, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance and possession of a controlled substance.
