Jan. 15

Debra A. Dielsi, 58, of New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, engaging in a police pursuit, reckless driving, evading responsibility with injury/property damage, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Jan. 21

Mario Rector Simmons, 43, of New Haven, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, second-degree threatening/physical threat, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree robbery.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
