Norbert Stanislaw Zielinski, 57, of Guilford, was charged with first-degree possession of child sexual abuse material.

Kim W. Weston, 56, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct,

March 14

Christopher Campoverde Rojas, 24, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

March 17

Kelly Marie Hall, 50, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and failure to respond to infraction.
