Guilford police logs, March 5-11:

March 5

Louis Joseph Borrero, 38, of Milford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Lok B. Thapa, 46, of Branford, was charged with third-degree assault.

March 8

Moises Betancourt, 49, listed as homeless, was charged with first-degree burglary, larceny of a motor vehicle, evading responsibility with injury/property damage, payment card theft, sixth-degree larceny, two counts of probation violation, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
