Rafael L. Boria, 37, of New Haven was charged with fourth-degree larceny and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
May 15
Tanner Jack Belcher, 19, of Hamden was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
Laurel Doyle, 33, of Guilford was charged with possession of a controlled substance (third offense).
Daniel Laurence Matthes-Theriaul, 20, of Madison was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
Dilan Joseph Bozzuto, 19, of Northford was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Shawn Thomas Palumbo, 36, of Killingworth was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
May 17
Alexander Panzera, 20, of Haddam was charged with driving under the influence (.02 blood alcohol level for someone under 21), failure to comply with fingerprinting requirement and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.
