Jonathan Escoto, 27, of Northford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

May 18

Darius Stryker, 20, of Guilford, was charged with third-degree identity theft, illegal take payment card, conspiracy to commit misapplication of property, and fifth-degree computer crime.

May 20

Phillip D. Kenney, 42, of Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

May 21

Bruce Raulakaitis, 65, of Moodus, was charged with electronic stalking with emotional distress.

Meaghan E. MacKinnel, 36, of Guilford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Matthew MacKinnel, 39, of Guilford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
