Oct. 24 Mark Brenton Raymond, 38, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault/victim elderly or other. Oct. 25 Elizabeth V. Freytag, 51, of Guilford, was charged with disorderly conduct. Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
