Michael K. Wilkinson, 52, of Guilford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sept. 17

Jeremy Doyle Moore, 50, of Wichita Falls, KS, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Sept. 18

Kenneth Edward Blaha, 29, of Madison, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.

Sept. 20

Nancy Blackmer, 46, of Ashford, CT, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Sept. 21

Joseph Vesalak, 44, of Guilford, was charged with third-degree assault/elderly or other victim, and disorderly conduct.

Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
