Guilford Police Department Hiring For Police Dispatcher Position

GUILFORD, CT — The Guilford Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of police dispatcher, according to an announcement this week.

"We are looking for a team oriented, community-focused, positive, and professional person to join our department to help serve the Town of Guilford," the department said in a Facebook post. "Whether it is an emergency, routine call, someone stopping in to ask a question, keeping officers on the road safe, answering the radio, phone, and someone at the window simultaneously, or multitasking in ways you never thought possible…. our dispatchers do it all to ensure everyone is helped."
