The Employee Recognition Awards Committee selected Kops and Nemczuk, who were both nominated by multiple fellow employees for their work during this past presidential election and especially for their roles in a smooth early voting process.

Systems Administrator Jeremy Orton nominated them for "going above and beyond to ensure that every resident was given an opportunity to engage in early voting." He said that they both "were able to make this highly turbulent time smooth and worry free."
