Guilford Resident to Lead Robinson+Cole’s Administrative Team

Robinson+Cole is pleased to welcome Michael R. Orce as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. Orce will be responsible for the overall finances and operations of the firm while providing leadership to the management team. With nearly 30 years of management experience in the legal industry, Orce will work with firm leadership to execute its strategic and operational goals. His forward-thinking and innovative approach, together with his experience in senior management positions with firms that are culturally similar to Robinson+Cole, led him to be a natural choice for the firm.

Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Orce served as the Executive Director of Murtha Cullina LLP where he led the administration and operation of the firm. Preceding that position, Orce worked for 20 years, in various capacities, including Global Director of Operations, for Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP (since merged with Locke Lord.)
