Guilford Seeks Descendants Of American Revolutionary War For Special Ceremony
An America 250 celebration is upcoming in Guilford.
GUILFORD, CT — The Town of Guilford is seeking out descendants of patriots who were involved in the American Revolutionary War for a special ceremony as part of the town's America 250 festivities.

According to an announcement from the town, the America 250 celebration scheduled to take place on the Guilford Green on July 5 at 5 p.m. will recognize those who were involved in the war effort.

All such patriot descendants, regardless of their ancestor's residence, are encouraged to attend and RSVP by June 30 to tarutisj@guilfordct.gov.
