Guilford, Your Voice Is Needed To Make 'Safe Streets'
Quick, online survey will help the Safe Streets Task Force with its Complete Streets Project, designed to safely accommodate all road users.
GUILFORD, CT — Nearly everyone uses Guilford streets, sidewalks, roadways and trails be it in a car, bike, bus, scooter, wheelchair, or on foot. Having a voice in how roads, streets and trails can be improved to keep folks safe seems like an opportunity most would welcome. That’s what the town hopes, anyway.
Safe Streets, also known as "Complete Streets," are designed to safely accommodate all road users of all ages and abilities, including pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, motorists, and commercial and emergency vehicles.
The town is asking folks to fill out a brief survey to help the Safe Streets Task Force with its Complete Streets Project.
