Guilford's 2018 Tree Lighting Ceremony Details Released

GUILFORD, CT — Guilford's 2018 tree lighting ceremony will be held on Friday, Nov. 30. It will be held on the town green. The festivities begin at 5:45.

According to the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce's website, "The festivities will include dancing from a local dance school, musical program featuring classic holiday carols and other seasonal favorites, will precede the tree lighting and of course Santa will be there!!! While enjoying the sounds of holiday traditional music and waiting for santa to arrive the Shoreline Chamber Commerce with Design House Interiors and Kiddie Clubhouse will have two craft tables at the green for children to visit and do an activity."

Town officials also released the numerous activities that will be occurring throughout town on Friday, Nov. 30 in association with the tree lighting.
