Guilford's Gabrielle Palumbo Participates In Research Institute

Eastern Student Gabrielle Palumbo of Guilford Participates in Psychology Summer Research Institute

WILLIMANTIC, CT -- Ten up-and-coming psychology students at Eastern Connecticut State University were selected to participate in a Summer Research Institute (SRI) from May 20-24.
Among the participants was Gabrielle Palumbo '22 of Guilford, who majors in Psychology. Palumbo's project was titled "Perceptions of Female and Male Suspects."

The psychology SRI focused on topics related to prejudice, discrimination and stereotypes and was led by Professors Alita Cousins and Jennifer Leszczynski.
