Gunfire Struck Fernwood Drive House Wednesday Night: Guilford Police
"Several rounds" struck the outside of the house, Deputy Chief Christopher Massey said. Police seek video from nearby homes.

GUILFORD, CT — Thursday night, a Fernwood Drive house was struck by gunfire, police said.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the exterior of the residence was struck by several rounds at around 11 p.m., according to Guilford Police Department Deputy Chief Christopher Massey.
Massey said, currently, investigators believe it's "an isolated incident."

"This investigation remains active and any residents in the area are encouraged to check their surveillance footage for suspicious activity or pedestrian and vehicle traffic captured" between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., Massey said. "Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.," he said.
