Hiking Trails Closed Monday For Eversource Work

Guilford Hiking Trails to be Temporarily Closed for Eversource Work

What: Hikers and bikers who use trails in the town of Guilford are reminded that a portion of the Westwoods Trails, between Moose Hill Road and Dunk Rock Road, will be temporarily closed so that Eversource can safely complete work along its right of way there. Flaggers will be posted in the area to redirect trail users. Hikers and bikers are being asked to stay clear of the workers and their equipment and to plan their activities using alternate trails. Trails marked with a ‘TRAIL CLOSED’ sign indicate on-going work and should be avoided.

When: Monday, March 8, 2021 between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Where: Westwoods Trails – between Moose Hill Road and Dunk Rock Road, Guilford
