Lifelinx/DAY 5K Run Renamed to Honor Nick Kruczek
Nick, of Guilford died at age 20 in 2013. He died of a drug overdose.

GUILFORD, CT – The annual Lifelinx/DAY 5K run has been renamed this year to honor Nick Kruczek.

The run is now known at the Lifelinx/DAY Nick Kruczek Color Run/Walk.

In the years since his death Nick’s mother, Sue, has become an outspoken voice in the state, advocating for efforts to help battle Connecticut’s heroin and opioid crisis.
The walk/run will be held on Saturday, May 13th at the Guilford Fairgrounds on Lovers Lane.
