The development is expected to include at least three big-name businesses, along with residential units.
GUILFORD, CT — Guilford's latest development has taken a big step.
Robert Sachs of Cherry Hill Construction, the developer of the Guilford Village West mixed-use project on a 91-acre parcel at 1940 Boston Post Road, confirmed with Patch on Tuesday that vertical construction on the residential housing portion began last week.
There will be 162 residential units included in the project along with amenity spaces. Leasing should start in early summer 2027, Sachs said.
