Led by Thomas Abbenante, MD, a board-certified sleep physician, and Amanda Ciampini, APRN, the program provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of sleep conditions. Patients can receive care for sleep apnea, chronic insomnia, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, circadian rhythm disorders, and other sleep disturbances that affect daily life, mood, and long-term health. This is an informal support group for moms of infants and moms-to-be as well. In the comfort of a small group, you may discuss your questions and concerns about caring for your new baby and yourself. A certified lactation consultant will be available one to twice monthly to answer breast feeding questions. The group meets every Friday morning from 10 - 11am. Pre-registration is required. There is no cost to attend.
