Need to Re-Charge Your All-Electric or Hybrid Vehicle? Check Out Bishop's Orchard in Guilford

GUILFORD, CT — Bishop's Orchard, the popular farm store in Guilford, has a two-head charging station for all-electric or hybrid vehicles, one of the only such facilities along the Connecticut shoreline, reports the New Haven Register.

A blue "EV" sign on the Boston Post Road in Guilford points the way to the farm's charging station, and additional signs will be placed on I-95 and throughout the state near where such facilities are located.

The Bishop's Orchard charging station will be part of an "alternative fuels corridor" along the shoreline that will have more facilities in the future.
