New Restaurant to Open in Guilford: Report
The restaurant should be ready to open by mid summer.
A new American bistro style restaurant called Carson’s of Whitfield will take the place of the former Colors Cafe at 2 Water Street, reports the Guilford Atticus.
The new downtown restaurant, which is in the works by Jim Kirtopolous and Ginway Lin, who own G.W. Carsons and Lin owns 9East in Branford, hope to have the new restaurant open in time for midsummer.
