New Tenant Announced for Lighthouse Square in Guilford

GUILFORD, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, recently announced that Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and a Commercial Associate at the Company’s North Haven Commercial Office, has recently brokered a lease at 705 Boston Post Road in Guilford, also known as Lighthouse Square.

The lease was for approximately 3,000-square-feet for five years. Galvin represented the tenant, Visual Eyes, LLC, who is moving into this new larger space. The landlord, 705 Boston Road, LCC, was represented by David Milano of Milano Development Corp.
