New Use Proposed for Former Stone House Restaurant Site
A public hearing has been scheduled in Guilford for next month on the proposal.

The mystery of what may occupy the former Stone House Restaurant has now been solved.
Oceanco LLC, which is owned by Michael Rothberg has filed plans with the town to turn the former restaurant site into office space for a marine research type use, the New Haven Register reports.
Oceanco LLC paid $2.75 million for the property on Aug. 4. A public hearing will be held 7:30 p.m. Nov. 7 at the Guilford Fire Department at 390 Church Street.
