The NFL Playoffs kickoff this weekend with the Wild Card round on Jan. 5th, followed by the Divisional round on Jan. 12.

The Washington Redskins have spent since 2007 traveling the road back to the NFL playoffs -- but it's been a heck of a ride. Next stop: Sunday's wildcard game against the Seattle Seahawks.

All this hailing to the Redskins should seem familiar. In 2007, the Redskins also made the 2007 NFL playoffs as a wildcard team. And, just like this year, that 2007 playoff game was against the Seattle Seahawks.
Sunday, the Redskins are at home for the first time in the NFL playoffs since they beat the Detroit Lions in 1999.
The latest betting lines favor Seattle over Washington by 3.
The Washington vs. Seattle game is just one of the four Wildcard games set to take place this weekend. The Divisional round of the playoffs is slated to start Jan. 12th.
